Friday 18/05/2012, (Barbeque at 1900) and Saturday 19/05/2012, (Formal Dinner at 1900). Menus to be arranged nearer the time.
20 double and 2 single rooms have been reserved, and will be held until 31/03/2012. Any rooms not taken up by then will be released.
Bookings can be made by phoning Hilton Group Reservations Department on 01256 316975 and quoting reference code ARAFA. A credit card number will be required to guarantee the booking.
Cost:
£280:00 per double room for 2 nights Dinner, Bed and Breakfast. (Includes use of the Living Well Leisure Club)
£230:00 per single room for 2 nights Dinner, Bed and Breakfast. (Includes use of the Living Well Leisure Club)

John has asked me to remind you all, as this is a special celebration year (25th Reunion) the dress code for the Saturday night will be Dinner Suits for the men and Posh Frocks for the ladies.
